Passport for National ID (Green ID) Holders Issued Through the Embassy

“First : Fill out the passport application form”
The passport application form must be completed electronically in both Arabic and English and signed manually.
(The head of the family may submit applications for all family members.)

Required Documents for Passport Renewal/Issuance
- Completed Passport Application Form
- Completed Supplementary Attachment Form
- Four recent personal photos with a blue background (size: 45mm x 35mm)
- Expired passport (to be renewed)
- Copy of Palestinian ID
- Copy of residency permit in Denmark
- Proof of occupation if you wish to include your profession
Required Documents for Issuing or Renewing a Child’s Passport for the First Time:
- Completed Passport Application Form
- Completed Supplementary Attachment Form
- Four recent personal photos with a blue background (size: 45mm x 35mm)
- Copy of the Birth Certificate (certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country)
- Copy of residency permit in Denmark (if the application is submitted before the residency card is issued, a copy of either parent’s permit is sufficient)
- Copy of ID attachment if the child is included on the parent’s ID
- Copy of the parents’ passports
- Copy of the Marriage Certificate
- No Objection Letter for passport issuance signed by the father if the mother is submitting the application and is not a Palestinian ID holder
Required Documents for Issuing a Replacement Passport (Damaged Passport):
- Completed Passport Application Form
- Completed Supplementary Attachment Form
- Four recent personal photos with a blue background (size: 45mm x 35mm)
- Damaged passport
- Copy of Palestinian ID
- Copy of residency permit in Denmark
- Proof of occupation if you wish to include your profession
Required Documents for Issuing a Replacement Passport (Lost Passport):

“Fourth : Submit the Passport Application”
The application must be submitted in person at the Consulate, with a prior appointment booked through the website (click here to book an appointment) .
You may send the application by registered mail if you are unable to attend in person due to distance (over 225 miles from Copenhagen) or in special humanitarian cases. Please contact the Consulate to obtain prior approval and schedule a video call.
If the application is submitted by mail, please include it in a prepaid registered envelope clearly labeled with the applicant’s name, address, and phone number for the return of the old passport once issued. Then, contact the Consulate via email (consular@palmission.dk ) or by phone to confirm receipt of your application and obtain the tracking number. The

“Important Notes:”
- The attached photos must be recent and clear. Please write your name and signature on the back of each photo.
- If any documents are missing, the Consulate will contact the applicant via email or phone.

- If the passport application is rejected due to misleading information, passport fees will not be refunded.
- Any missing documents or errors in completing the application may delay the issuance of the passport.
- Passports are sent via diplomatic pouch at the beginning of each month. Therefore, the issuance period ranges from 6 to 12 weeks from the date of dispatch. Citizens are kindly requested not to visit the Consulate before this period, as you will be contacted once the passport is ready. The Consulate is not responsible for any delays beyond this period.
- You can renew or issue a passport by granting a Power of Attorney for passport renewal to someone residing in Palestine (exclusively for National ID holders).
- The head of the family may submit applications for all family members.
