You can issue any official documents by granting a power of attorney to someone residing in Palestine.
If you wish to issue the documents through the consulate, please follow the steps below:
Required Documents to Process the Service:
- A completed application form for the Good Conduct Certificate issued by the Ministry of Interior, filled out at the Embassy/Consulate.
- A completed application form for the Criminal Record Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice, filled out at the Embassy/Consulate.
- A copy of the Palestinian ID card.
- A copy of a valid Palestinian passport.
- Two recent personal photos (3×4 cm) with a blue background.
- A copy of a valid residency permit (optional).
- A Criminal Record Certificate issued by the host country, translated and duly certified (optional).
“Issuing a Birth Certificate“
Required Information and Documents to Process the Service:
- Proof of identity
- Full name (four parts)
- ID number
- Mother’s first name and family name
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Hospital name
- Religion
- Previous family name
- Mother’s nationality
- Father’s nationality
- £10 for each additional copy requested under the same application
