Important Notes
- Consular Services are available from Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Due to high demand in our Consular Section, we recommend booking an appointment before planning your visit. If you are unable to attend, please make sure to cancel your appointment in a timely manner.
- The Consular Section accepts cash payments for all consular services. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
- Documents issued in Denmark that are intended for use in Palestine must first be legalized by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then legalized by the Palestinian Mission (PM). These documents include, but are not limited to, birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, and educational certificates from schools and universities.
- Documents issued in Palestine that are intended for use in Denmark must first be legalized by the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, then by the Palestinian Mission (PM), and then by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There are no fees for legalization by the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- When filling out the forms, please enter your personal name in Arabic only, unless the passport used is in English or another foreign language.
