Passport issuance for holders of the National Number (Green ID) through a power of attorney
Required Documents for Passport Renewal/Issuance
- Proof of identity
- A copy of the passport to be renewed
- A personal photo of the applicant (if the authorization is for a minor, a personal photo of both the applicant and the minor is required)
- The full name (four parts) and Palestinian ID number of the person being authorized
- For issuing a passport for a child for the first time, please bring the birth certificate
- The head of the family may issue a power of attorney on behalf of the wife and minor children
