Legalization of Documents Issued in Denmark

  • Documents to be legalized by the Consulate must first be legalized by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • The Consulate legalizes all documents and certificates issued in Denmark
  • You can schedule an appointment for immediate legalization or submit them at the reception for next-day collection
  • The application can also be sent by registered mail. Please include a prepaid registered envelope clearly labeled with the applicant’s name, address, and phone number for returning the documents
  • Then, contact the Consulate via email (consular@palmission.dk ) or by phone (02085630008) to confirm receipt of your application.
  • The Consulate is not responsible for any application lost in the mail
